The things people ask first

It isn't replying to anyone

Almost always one of three: you are out of credits, you never finished setup, or it is paused in Settings. The app tells you which on the Credits screen.

It replied to someone I wanted to handle myself

Open Conversations and pause that one fan. The rest keeps working.

It sold something cheaper than I wanted

It cannot. The floor price you set on each folder is enforced in code. It can sell above it, never below. If you saw a lower number, the price on that folder is lower than you think. Check it in Content.

It said something that isn't true about me

Whatever you did not tell it, it can invent. Fill in the Persona screen, especially the body, the routine and how you got into this. Those are the three things fans ask, and what is written there never changes between conversations.

I want to stop

Settings → Disconnect. Everything stops immediately and your data is deleted within 48 hours.
